  • Revitalize is a lifestyle medicine program designed to prevent, arrest and possibly even reverse chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. 

  • Revitalize covers all aspects of health, including optimal nutrition, exercise, stress, forgiveness and even happiness and gratitude.

  • Revitalize focuses on whole-person health and integrates behavioral psychology principles.

  • Revitalize is an intensive, lifestyle medicine intervention with facilitator-led classes, dynamic group discussions and peer support (20 instructor-led virtual classes over 18 weeks; classes are 75-90 mins each).

  • Revitalize will help you make long-lasting lifestyle changes by addressing the causes of chronic disease and teaching you to use your own lifestyle as your best medicine.
